Season of Stress & Burnout – Prevention Strategies Series
Not only do we need to protect ourselves from colds, flu and other viruses, but we also need to protect ourselves from the risk of diminished mental health during this time. There are a myriad of causes: uncertainty in program funding, increased need from our community, staffing stresses, family and health needs, holiday pressures, financial strain, seasonal depression, etc. And yet, our clients, communities, staff and families need us. How do we care for ourselves, so we can care for others?
This series of resources will focus on Supporting your well-being. Filling your cup. Building your mental health immunity.
Some resources will be links to pre-recorded series for self-paced participation. Others will be live webinars that will be tailored for our network.
Be sure to visit this page often, as new resources/opportunities will be added frequently!
