Join us for the MinnCAP Statewide Annual Training Conference! This year's theme, Rooted in Community. Growing in Opportunity., celebrates the connections, partnerships, and shared commitment that make Minnesota's Community Action network stronger.

Each year, the conference brings together Community Action professionals, leaders, board members, partners, and advocates from across Minnesota for three days of learning, networking, and collaboration. It's an opportunity to share ideas, build relationships, and gain practical tools to support the important work happening in our communities every day.

Attendees can look forward to engaging keynote speakers, interactive workshops, and professional development opportunities covering topics such as leadership, wellness, organizational and financial compliance, board governance, and more. Whether you're an Executive Director, program manager, board member, or community partner, there will be opportunities to learn, connect, and grow.
