This includes: strategic planning, policy and financial guidance, and organizational operations. Qualifications: Tri-CAP is currently recruiting for a member of the board of directors to fulfill a minority representative position. This position may be filled by a person who is a member of a minority group, or a person who is an official representative of an organization whose mission is to serve people who are minorities.
